Fees for design services are non-refundable once work has begun.

b. Antique & Home Goods Sales

Due to the unique nature of antiques and vintage items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Product descriptions and photographs are provided to the best of our ability; however, slight variations in color, size, or condition may occur.

Arven House Design is not liable for natural imperfections or age-related wear in antique goods.

4. Payments & Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before delivery of goods or commencement of services.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized payment is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

For product orders, shipping and delivery terms will be provided at checkout.

Arven House Design is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Design Services: Fees are non-refundable once services have started.

Products: All antique and vintage sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
